7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Applicable Conditions

8. User Conduct

You agree that while using the Platform you will not:

• Engage in any form of fraud, collusion, cheating or manipulation of game outcomes;

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the Platform;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses or harmful content;

Any breach of these conduct obligations may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to the appropriate authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of slot33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability

12. Account Termination

Outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds will result in forfeiture of those funds upon closure.

12.2 Termination by slot33

slot33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account in cases including but not limited to: material breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading information; suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; or failure to pass required verification checks. Where an Account is closed by slot33 without cause, any Real Funds balance will be returned in due course.

13. Amendments to These Terms
